| Issues Addressed by Hot Fix 1: |
- Number of trial licenses increased: Installing this hot fix on a trial version of Maximizer Enterprise 9 increases the number of Maximizer Enterprise and Portal trial licenses to unlimited.
- Problems with merge fields in Microsoft Word campaign templates when adding fax or print activities to an Automated Campaign template from the Address Book window: If the user added a fax or print activity to an Automated Campaign template from the Address Book window, rather than from the Campaigns window, and then inserted merge fields into the message body using Microsoft Word, the values of those merge fields would not be retrieved.
- Follow-up tasks created from a strategy activity would not save: In an opportunity, if the user completed the strategy's activity and then selected the option to schedule a follow-up task, the follow-up task would not be saved.
- Problems displaying Dashboard in My Work Day: Displaying Dashboard in My Work Day in Maximizer or Internet Explorer (if using Employee Portal) would sometimes display an error message or cause Maximizer or Internet Explorer to stop responding.
- Incorrect time synchronization to Outlook with daylight saving time in southern hemisphere time zones: When the operating system time was set to a time zone in the southern hemisphere, such as "GMT +10:00 Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney" and when daylight saving time was in effect (between October and March), appointments synchronized from Maximizer Enterprise to Microsoft Outlook would be set one hour ahead in Outlook. This issue occurred in both Maximizer Enterprise's built-in Outlook Synchronization and in MaxSync for Microsoft Exchange.
- Incorrect appointment time displayed in appointment reminder dialog box in Microsoft Outlook: For appointments that were synchronized from Maximizer Enterprise to Microsoft Outlook, the appointment reminder dialog box in Outlook displayed the reminder alarm time rather than the scheduled appointment time.
