Read your Outlook e-mail, including HTML messages, inside Maximizer and automatically match the message to a contact in your database so you can save important messages to customer records.
To keep all incoming and outgoing communication in a central customer file, Maximizer lets you reply to messages just as you would with Outlook, while also saving them in the customer record.

| Access Outlook contacts |

If you have an address book in Outlook already set up, or are using Outlook for internal contacts, you can directly access them when composing and sending text or HTML e-mail from Maximizer. Plus, you can also export your Maximizer contacts to Outlook.

| Synchronize calendars |

All calendar appointments are synchronized between Outlook and Maximizer, so if you only have one application running, you are still alerted of all scheduled meetings. You can even share your calendar and schedule meetings with Outlook users in your organization who do not have Maximizer so you can collaborate seamlessly with all your colleagues.
