| To facilitate effective communication with all existing and potential customers, users can link their email platform with Maximizer directly. It works as a mirror and fully reflects the interface of outlook together with Maximizer. As a result, time and computer resources can be saved since users will no longer need to start a separate task for all email. |

| Sending and receiving email can be done inside Maximizer CRM with just one or two clicks. You can just click the email button in the top menu, or if you are viewing a particular entry, you can just click the email address. |
| Save email automatically to particular entry |

| All sent out email will be automatically saved to the particular entry and all incoming email can also be selected to save in the related person. When you click on the note, all saved important emails can immediately displayed. |
