  Save searching criteria in favorite lists

To increase the efficiency on managing thousands of data, a powerful and user-friendly searching engine is necessary. On top of some basic search functions, Narrow Search function of Maximizer allows users to narrow the searched results into a smaller group closer to the searching targets. All searching criteria and searched list can be separately saved as a favorite list. It enhances the efficiency on searching the similar target group next time and is also convenient for all follow-up actions.
  User Defined Field is not just text

Moreover, with the User Define Fields in Maximizer, users can set up the fields by themselves easily. All fields can be saved into 4 different types, which are table, date, number and text, such design is much more useful in searching & analyzing than text only. For example, apart from company size, number of staff and sub offices can be added inside the company profile. All created field can be used as a searching criteria as well.
  Export to MS Office

The more accurate on targeting customers can always bring more business opportunities and higher business revenue. To assist to the convenience of presenting all searched data, Maximizer supports data exporting to Ms Office, Crystal Reports© and other sources of reports.
