The Calendar function
performs like a central notice board among
all staff as all colleagues share the same
calendar. Each staff is able to view the
schedule of others and hence it is more
convenient to arrange team meetings or even
inter-departmental meetings. All of the
appointments can be clearly shown on the
calendar by daily, weekly or monthly basis. |

All users can manage
their schedule smartly in the Maximizer
calendar. By just few clicks, users can mark
down their meetings and appointments
information such as time and people invited.
All invited colleagues would receive a pop
up notice and can reply for confirming
meetings. It will also be shown on My Work
Day with alarm functions to remind users on
the day before the meeting. It helps
organize a smoother schedule for every
colleague. Preparation work can then be
start quickly and much time is saved for all
the people. |
